About the event
Learn basic carving techniques using hand tools such as knife, axe and draw knife, to create your own unique handcrafted spatula. The day will also cover selecting the correct timber for carving and which woods to avoid, how to sharpen and safely use the tools. No previous experience necessary!
Please wear warm outdoor clothing ,waterproof footwear and bring a pack- lunch and drink.
Meet at the Cothelstone hill car park.
Workshop fee £60.
£20 non refundable deposit and balance paid on the day, or full amount can be paid when booking.
