About the event
For our 2025 spring/summer sessions, we shall explore how nature can support us in tuning into our senses, with a focus on a particular sense each time.
We begin the season in May with a focus on the delights we can hear as the woodlands truly come to life. We shall especially be bringing our intention to birds and birdsong.

Our session will include poetry and folklore as well as sharing our knowledge of our incredible feathered friends and learning more about their ways.
Our Wellbeing Wanders have a mindfulness approach woven in. There will be opportunities for each of us to share something of our own knowledge and the meaning the topic has for us in pairs, small groups or all together (but there is never any pressure or expectation to join in these discussions). There may also be invitations to spend some time alone to reflect.
Fyne Court is the perfect place to explore all that arises during the spring. We anticipate a lovely walk around the grounds at Fyne Court and adjacent land, with a chance to sit and rest and take in the beauty along the way. There will also be the opportunity to visit the courtyard café to purchase refreshments if wanted afterwards.
