The Quantock Hills & Coast Circular Walk

Join us for one of the King Charles III England Coast Path 10th Anniversary walks. This walk follows part of the the King Charles III Coast Path from St Audries to East Quantoxhead then inland along the West Somerset Coast Path inland variant towards West Quantoxhead, Wilton, Doniford and St Audries (following the waymarked paths).

Terrain:

A 16km (10miles) walk across a mix terrain of coastal footpaths, 750m of beach and rural footpaths and approximately 1000m of rural lanes. Wear sturdy walking boots and clothing suitable for the weather conditions on the day and remember to bring your own refreshments, especially a drink if its warm.  Please also see https://www.quantockhills.com/attending-an-event for more useful tips on attending an event.

Safety:

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety in preparation and taking part in the event and for assessing their own risk, the safety of themselves and the suitability of any equipment used during the walk. Any medical conditions that may affect the participants during the walk should be notified to the walk leader/facilitator prior to the start of the walk.

This is a family friendly walk if children are used to country walks of this length and duration. Dogs are welcome on a lead, however, please notify us if you plan on bringing your dog/s. Please observe the Countryside Code, and please respect other dog owners and fellow walkers. We cannot guarantee that every stile is suitable for dogs.
