Tales of Twisted Trees: Photo Walk

To get into the spirit of Halloween we're taking you on a twisted walk to visit the spooky spots of the hills where folklore and fiendish footsteps cross on a path of twisted trees. Ever wondered why the trees grow crooked on this part of the hills, and have you ever heard of the coppice spirits? Well this is the walk for you. Our traditonal Photo Walk will take a twist as we try to take you to some spooky sites for memorable photographs. This 7km walk will be a longer way to experience Halloween stories and spark the imagination this Halloween. Safety:

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety in preparation and taking part in the event. If you are unsure, please contact us and we’ll be happy to answer any questions and share details about the walk quantockhills@somerset.gov.uk

Participants are responsible for wearing suitable footwear & clothing for the environment, for assessing their own risk and the safety of themselves and the suitability of any equipment they may use during the walk.

Any medical conditions that may affect the participants during the walk should be notified to the walk leader prior to the start of the walk.
