About the event

Free activities and outreach with local community groups and take-home crafts.
Come and meet our team and learn about the hills for a day inspired by the Quantock Hills National Landscape. There will be activities inspired by groups we have worked with across the hills, including Bulgarian martenitisi making - red and white woven threads symbolising the wish for good health, they mark the coming of spring and of new life.
This is a free, family friendly event with no need to book, just turn up!
Materials will be limited so will work on a first come first serve basis. The activity will run from 11.00am until 2.00pm in the Music Room at Fyne Court and could involve messy play and craft so make sure to wear appropriate clothing on the day.
This event is in partnership with the National Trust at Fyne Court (Fyne Court | Somerset | National Trust).
