What makes a river hidden to time, and how can walking this route unlock the story of past landscapes? Can your footsteps recover a geography lost to time?

What to wear/bring:
Please check the weather forecast for the day and come equipped for all that an English Summers day can bring, a hat and sturdy walking3footwear are advised. Please also bring a packed lunch and plenty of water for the duration of the walk (1L recommended).
