The Quantock Landscapes Improvement Scheme is funded through the Hinkley Point C mitigation fund. It aims to enhance, create more and connect priority habitats such as heathland, broadleaved woodland and species rich grassland. Working with public and private landowners the fund will allow the Team to undertake capital works to create and restore priority habitats, such as conifer clearance, invasive species clearance and planting schemes.
